I love doing sports and I think I will never stop doing them. They help me be active and they are fun to do and participate in. I like doing every sport but, personally, I prefer volleyball, basketball, and track. Sports are also good for your physical and mental condition. I have done basketball since I was a kid so that is why I am now one of the best players on the team. Practicing a sport for a long time helps you have a certain muscle memory towards it, which makes you be the most skilled person in the team. Having a good physical condition is good for breathing, mental health and energy. Mental health is good for concentrating and keeping your calm during the match or game and for dealing with stress.
