
I love
doing sports and I think I will never stop doing them. They help me be active
and they are fun to do and participate in. I like doing every sport but, personally,
I prefer volleyball, basketball, and track. Sports are also good for your
physical and mental condition. I have done basketball since I was a kid so that
is why I am now one of the best players on the team. Practicing a sport for a
long time helps you have a certain muscle memory towards it, which makes you be
the most skilled person in the team. Having a good physical condition is good
for breathing, mental health and energy. Mental health is good for
concentrating and keeping your calm during the match or game and for dealing
with stress. When it comes to basketball, I like to play it because of the
thrill and rush of running down the court. When it comes to track I like
running down my line and all the people looking at me. In volleyball, I like
when they set you the ball perfectly where you want it to be and you spike it
so hard it echoes around the whole court.
